On a Friday, I spent the day reaching out to about a dozen companies for dead animal removal as time was not on our side with this Texas heat+humidity and the odor of a dead possum in my attic growing increasingly stronger throughout our entire home. I even needed to have my kids stay elsewhere until this was resolved. Another company showed up, attempted to locate it, told me I needed to order a baroscopic camera to find it. I ordered it, and just kept calling around for help ASAP.

Joseph actually answered my phone call which was a blessing in itself since I had been leaving voicemails and waiting for calls back from other removal companies while the possum just continued to rapidly decompose. Joseph responded with a shared sense of urgency and came early the very next day. I have to mention how dedicated he was to finding it as the attic heat (and odor) grew stronger. He was able to locate it even though it was in an inaccessible part of my attic, using his special camera. He explained what was needing to be done in order to access it, of course I had zero apprehension and he was able to remove it! Joseph proceeded to take the time investigating entry points on my rooftop and around my house, explaining my options to stop the reoccurring attic critter issues I have been having. I hired him to return the following Monday to set up one ways and begin the process to finally seal up the entry points. He had earned my business.

Not only is Bayou City Wildlife Removal professional with competitive prices, but DEPENDABLE and DEDICATED. I can’t recommend Joseph and this company enough, I’m happy my search is over and looking forward to finally feel at peace and comfortable in our home again!

So grateful for Joseph! We had two bats make their way into our fireplace after recent chimney work as we were getting ready for bed. We called 20+ wildlife and pest control companies but being that it was 10pm on a Saturday night, no one could come for two days. Joseph called us right back and came to our house in under an hour! We have two small children and were desperate to have the bats removed (not to mention, we were terrified). To say we are grateful to Joseph for his professionalism, expertise, and willingness to go the extra mile is an understatement! We will be using Joseph and his company for all our needs in the future and fully recommend his services!

We had a family of raccoons take shelter under our home. Joseph was wonderful to work with and was able to trap 4 raccoons over a week. He also helped with securing the underneath of our raised home. They added metal wire behind the lattice work, rebuilt rotten lattice and then painted to match. They took their time and made sure everything was perfect.

Do not hire this man!!! TAKE YOUR MONEY TO A REPUTABLE COMPANY!!!

Hired him for squirrel removal in my attic and to put traps in case there were any roof rats-he was so inconsistent and uncommunicative. Never came when he said he would, would show up late, and the work to seal openings around the house was very shoddy, janky work that I could have done myself, nothing a professional should have done.

To make matters worse, I’ve sent him over 20+ texts asking for an invoice and he ignores all my texts. It’s been over a month since his services and no invoice has been sent after countless requests for one. SUPPOSEDLY he has a 2 year warranty- there is no proof of that anywhere. I guess you’re just supposed to take his word for it. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. As soon as I paid him he never responded to any of my texts asking for an invoice. He’s lucky I care more about my time than to take him to small claims court which I should do. Take your money elsewhere even if it’s more expensive. You’ll end up probably having to hire another company anyways and be out double the money to actually do what he says he was going to do. I could have DIY-ed what he did myself if it was gonna be such amateur work.

Joseph was able to find and remove a large dead opossum in minutes from under my house. I told him the location of smell with flies swarming. He sanitized the area also.
Very Grateful!

Let me show you just how God works! I was having a really bad bat problem to where they were even coming into my home. I reached out to Joseph for help. He made an appointment with me and showed up at the time he scheduled for. He assessed the situation of my bat problem and explained the process to me. The next day he showed up again took care of the problem and I cannot thank him enough. He made me so feel so comfortable with being able to sleep in my home again. Such a beautiful spirited person and also very professional and efficient. I will definitely be referring him to any and everyone that needs his service. If there was anything higher than a 5 star I would rate it! I can’t thank Joseph enough!

They did a very good job explaining what they would do, and then did it all.
We don't hear squirrels anymore.
Thanks.
